The poverty in Africa arising from a lack of power cannot be eradicated with charitable donations alone. This can only be achieved if the strength to alleviate the plight grows and matures on the continent itself.
Humanitarian development aid projects must help develop these own strengths and nurture them. For this reason, our solar projects always have an initiatory effect on the economic development in the partner country as well.
The people in Africa do not need alms from us to develop.
They need our expertise to develop their own skills, to strengthen their own initiative and thus to improve themselves their life situation.
Our work is therefore geared to build a sustainable solar-business in our partner country.
So that we can withdraw as a donor organization again.
